I have had the book since it came out and I have always been intrigued but have never pursued anything from the book. That is a neat idea and I may think of that though. That is, indeed, a wonderful friend. I understand about a storm making the usual details of Christmas seem just too much to handle right now. We have no tree yet, but our children have trees in their homes. We do have a little decorated Rosemary tree. ; ) I hope you have a wonderful upcoming weekend and that the joy of Christmas if found in family, friends, and our Heavenly Father rather than trees, lights, and gifts.
