got my new phone today.  I can’t get it to upload my contact list, but hey…it’s a phone and I’m happy.  I’ll take it to Verizon Friday or call tomorrow to get the numbers back in it, but it’s nice to back in communication again…..funny how really lost you feel without them!

Oh, I’m so sad, I forgot to take pictures today of my new Etsy purchase.  I’ll do that tomorrow in the daylight….fun, fun, fun.

I did get started today on a shrug for the bride.

It’s a simple pattern and isn’t as loose as it appears.  I think it will work and should be a fast project.

I visited the health food store today and got some 5HTP and Gaba for my sleep.  I took some tonight before dinner and am feeling that nice normal sleepiness approaching.  My problem seems to be that my adrenalin gets “stuck on” and hopefully taking these things will help me start shutting down normally.  Be thankful if you never have this problem.
