ok, spring is near…right?

Ok, this was not what I expected to wake up to.

It was gone by late morning, but while I had heard we’d have snow mixed with rain….this was a surprise. This afternoon, we’ve had some pretty strong winds and hail. At one point this afternoon, everything was swirling like crazy. Been interesting.

I tried to get a good picture for Nancy of the first time I saw little missy in the sweater she knit her but I couldn’t get a good one for anything.

You can still tell how cute it is.

I’ve been knitting but no pictures. I got some really cool fabric but forgot to take pictures of that, too. Maybe Rebecca will indulge me and send me one. She’s going to make me 2 purses as soon as I buy her all the rest of the stuff that she needs besides the fabric.

Tomorrow I get my hair cut and highlighted….yea!

Your weather reminds me of here in Maine…we wake up to snow one day and the next it is like spring….I even cleaned off the porch so I could start enjoying the sun coming in and we even cooked out on the grille last night….

Hi Sherri!!! Just wanted to say hi!!! I can’t believe all the snow you guys got….we have gotten our share here in MN too. Did you know that my dad’s brother Stevie passed away about 2 weeks ago?
Dad and Vivian flew back from AZ for the funeral and they BOTH ended up in the emergency room and had the flu. Dad just had an inner ear problem from all his throwing up and Vivian had to have a major operation on her colon and intestines. This is the 2nd operation on her colon for her. She is recovering now as I type this in an AZ hospital. Oh my goodness, they had quite the week!!!

Our family is great!!!! It is getting sooooo beautiful here in MN!!!

    God bless……Happy Spring!!!!!
